We're building a list of licensed counselors in Western New York and Rochester who can offer a family caregiver a first appointment within 7 days of our referral.

What we'd ask of you

Offer a first appointment within 7 days of a Fluttering Wings referral, or tell us quickly if you can't.
Bill the way you normally do. No discount and no free work. Once we've raised the funds, the foundation plans to pay for a set number of sessions for caregivers.
No money changes hands for referrals, either way. Ever.

What happens next

We're still building the program. Signing up isn't a commitment. Before anyone joins the list, we'll confirm your New York license and follow up with a short provider agreement.
